My 1st Blow

When Agile was introduced in our company, I would not deny that I was among the people who resisted it.

We were given many lectures about the Manifesto and the principles by someone called the “Agile Champion” in our company. We were made to learn them by-heart.

It was a complete waste of time for someone who wanted nothing but to complete all her tasks she was assigned to…

and to prove that despite being a fresher, just out of college, she had the potential of working as hard and sincerely as anyone.

Agile meant more meetings, more lectures, more time reading documents or googling on agile. More importantly, it meant the bubble burst of my beautiful corporate world I had created around myself with the waterfall model.
